Primeiro dia: chegada a Avezzano. Os deuses sorriram-nos e receberam-nos com um dia de sol maravilhoso. A cidade não é muito bonita, mas a vista é divinal! Estamos rodeados de montanhas ainda cobertas de neve. A nossa colega italiana, Paola, recebeu-nos e levou-nos ao nosso hotel, ou melhor, B &B. Este revelou-se muito agradável, os proprietários são muito simpáticos e acolhedores. O pequeno almoço é servido todos os dias no quarto. As famílias de acolhimento também receberam os nossos alunos e a primeira impressão foi positiva. Ao domingo, está tudo fechado em Avezzano. Foi difícil encontrar um sítio para almoçar, mas acabámos por encontrar um restaurante onde nos serviram uma pizza fantástica. Amanhã começa a aventura!
From March 31 to April 6, two teachers and six ECB students met to participate in the LLT in Avezzano/Roma.
First day: arrival in Avezzano. The gods smiled at us and welcomed us with a wonderful sun day. The city is not very beautiful, but the view is divine! We are surrounded by mountains still covered with snow. Our Italian colleague, Paola, welcomed us and took us to our hotel, or rather, B & B. This proved to be very pleasant, the owners are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is served every day in the room. The host families also welcomed our students and the first impression was positive. To Sunday, everything is closed in Avezzano. It was difficult to find a place for lunch, but we ended up finding a restaurant where we were served a fantastic pizza. Tomorrow the adventure begins!
